みそまめ（misomame）は、システム開発の上流工程に携わってきた書き手です。
要件定義、基本設計、レビュー、運用設計、プロジェクト管理。
そうした現場を通じて見えてきたのは、技術そのものよりも、技術を取り巻く組織、責任、判断、言葉の問題でした。
システムは、コードだけでできているわけではありません。
誰が決め、誰が背負い、誰が記録し、誰が見落とすのか。
その配置によって、同じ技術でもまったく違う結果になります。
このサイトでは、AI、ソフトウェア、組織、制度、文化、言葉を、別々の話題としてではなく、同じ構造の中にあるものとして扱います。
関心があるのは、目の前に起こっている現象そのものではなく、現象の背後にある構造を読むことです。
責任の置き場所、判断の遅れ、言葉の使われ方、そして「何も起きなかった」ことの意味を、できるだけ短く、読み切れる文章として残していきます。

misomame is a writer with a background in the upstream phases of systems development.
Through requirements definition, high-level design, review, operational design, and project management, what became visible was not only technology itself, but the organizations, responsibilities, decisions, and language surrounding it.
A system is not made of code alone.
Who decides, who carries the responsibility, who leaves records, and who overlooks what — the way these roles are arranged can lead the same technology to entirely different outcomes.
This site treats AI, software, organizations, institutions, culture, and language not as separate topics, but as things that exist within the same structure.
The focus is not on the phenomena happening in front of us, but on reading the structures behind them.
Where responsibility is placed, how decisions are delayed, how language is used, and what it means when “nothing happened” — these are the things I try to preserve in writing that can be read in a single sitting.
